Judge Greer rules against DCF

It appears that Judge Greer continues to pave the way for Terri's demise. In a new court ruling Greer dismissed DCF's claims of abuse (of which 30 were reported) claiming that DCF's allegation:
"appears to be brought for the purpose of circumventing the court's final judgment ... in violation of the separation of powers doctrine."
The document was 34 pages long and appears to be unacceptable according to the Judge's opinion. What seems unacceptable is that Michael is vigorously pursuing his wife's death, despite being offered one million dollars by a businessman to walk away from the situation. With less 8 days left before a woman is starved to death, Congressional action may be needed lest this create precedent for euthanasia.
