Blogger Delights
[Media Source*] Today's featured nation is India, the land of a billion people. India has a lot of diversity within it's borders and is often known as the "litmus test" for travelers which basically means you either love it to death (and stay for life) or hate it and move on. From what this blogger has gathered from those who travel there, India is a fun nation unless you run into a terrorist group (which will probably happen if you travel to Kashmir).
There are some interesting blogs from India too (and they actually seem more "alive" than the other nations encountered). For instance, Mind Share is wondering when his new server from Dell will arrive (did he mention that someone just got fired?) while Ram wishes one of his friends a prosperous future.
Karan is not looking forward to the summer (the mosquito's are killer in India) but seems to enjoy the few team blogs he is apart of. Vin contacted Google about including India in their Map Search Feature and Google responded (very quickly) letting him know that they are considering his suggestion (which would help out this blogger when he travels over there).
Sol Beam is a very interesting blog where the author travels around the world searching for the meaning of life (hopefully she will find it) while posting some pretty interesting photos along the way (a "must see"). The Drifting does not carry much love for hail stones (in India?) while India 601 has recently closed down their blog (it will be missed).
Pobody Nerfect has an interesting train adventure (note: make sure you are on the right one) while A Time To Reflect has an interesting life/death mortality quiz for her readers. Perhaps she should mention this to Labyrinths who seems to have had the "time of her life."
That is all for now about our India bloggers (the most interesting thus far) and now onto "Blogger Birthdays!"
Jedi-Juvenilia from India has just turned 27 and has moved to a new site called Jedirium.com (so stay tuned!).
Kozy has turned 18 and seems to have "the prom jitters" (she'll get over it).
Rui (from Portugal) turned 25 and has a very colorful photo of a river and a bridge, although if you want to understand what he is saying you may need Google to translate it for you.
Jamie, also 18 today (that makes two) seems to have given up blogging as her life with school and the "lucky fellow" have pulled her away from the blogosphere. Perhaps they should start a "couple blog."
Jacq from Singapore has turned 21 and seems to have celebrated her birthday early with some friends (isn't that cheating?). She received a watch as a present and hopefully she won't break it (just kidding!).
Araelus has just turned 19 and is so bored he is considering "banging his head against the desk" (please don't). It seems that Araelus is also a political blogger and has an "interesting" rant on Iraq (perhaps he can find out whether the Iraq bloggers agree with him or not before jumping to conclusions).
Bumbling Brunette has turned a mysterious age today, and unfortunately due to "blogger slowness" has switched over to Xanga. Happy birthday Balmy, whatever your age (and nice Xanga site too).
Gooch turned 23 today and seems to have survived a break up with his significant other (perhaps it was the best for both of them). His other site though doesn't seem to be working though (oh well).
Shane has just turned 20 and seems to be part of an interesting group blog titled "Show me the Mooneys." This blog has a very interesting post about income taxes. Makes a blogger wonder if Uncle Sam is taking too much of our "pay."
ViDyEsH birthday is today (age unknown) and this blogger also from India (the theme nation for Blogger Delights). ViDyEsH has an interesting post about Noxon WiFi Audio Player that is a must read for the "geek" in all of us.
Blogger Delights brings highlights from various nations as well as celebrating birthdays throughout the blogosphere. If one is interested in visiting some of these blogs, simply click here.
Update: Misspelled Karan's name wrong (oops!). Big difference in gender one letter can make. Thanks for letting this blogger know Karan (love the layout of your site...it's calm and serene).
