Felos And Gambone (Terri's Fight)

As the evidence piles in it looks like Attorney Felos and Gambone (along with Michael the "ever so caring" husband-note sarcasm) may have committed fraud when they put Terri in the Hospice. The Empire Journal has the scoop:
The Empire Journal has learned that Terri Schiavo was entered into the hospice without the proper written certification. Such certification must be signed by both the attending physician and the hospice medical director and include a written statement that a beneficiary is terminally ill based on medical evidence that supports a life expectancy of six months or less. In Terris case, not only is the medical evidence lacking but the attending physician did not sign the certificate as required.
