[Media Source*] As Terri's parents continue to fight for their daughter and bloggers unite to fight media bias many people have asked "Where is Jeb Bush?"
Although Jeb Bush along with the Florida Legislature could impeach Judge Greer for breaking the law, Jeb has been fighting somewhat, at least behind the scenes in order to save Terri.
Less than 24 hours before Terri Schiavo had her feeding tube removed, Gov. Jeb Bush knew the effort to keep her alive was slipping away.
"I'm not sure we can get it done here in Florida," [U.S. senator Mel] Martinez quoted [Jeb] Bush as saying just after a new Schiavo measure stalled in the Florida Legislature. "Do whatever you can federally."
Although the article is rather old in "blog years" it is important that we do not lash out at our leaders when they don't bring back the results we desire (especially since they are trying their hardest to save Terri). Jeb may be playing his "cards" right and may have the removal of Greer as a last resort.
Although it would put an end to all of this nonsense if the media was able to get a glimpse of Terri via executive order from either of the Bush brothers, we have to "keep our heads together" in this situation and not try to do dumb things (i.e. attacking Greer) that might delegitimize our efforts to save Terri. Judge Greer will face justice someday as he has clearly broken the law and will be held accountable for his actions at a later date (along with Michael and Terri's former "doctor").
In the mean time keep pressure on your congressmen and senators as well as Jeb Bush and I will see you on the other side of victory.
