The Mexican government is discussing the lawsuit with a human rights group based in Los Angeles, said Geronimo Gutierrez, the Mexican deputy foreign secretary for North America.
Arizona prosecutors are refusing to prosecute Haab based on a state law allowing citizens to arrest someone making a felony with includes illegal immigrant trafficking. Borders without order are causing more harm than good and if not protected, these holes will attract terrorists, who are only looking for an entrance to cause terror inside the U.S.
